• Part-Payment Option: We understand that full upfront payments may not always be feasible. Hence, Ascend Quantum Age offers a flexible part-payment option. The specifics regarding this, including the payment schedule and terms, will be clarified during the contract signing process.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

• After Service Commencement: If cancellation is requested after you have accessed any portion of the course or beyond the 24-hour window, no refund will be provided (refer to the “Refund Policy” section below for refund criteria).

Our primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction. However, in certain situations, a refund may be granted at the sole discretion of Ascend Quantum Age.

• Criteria for Full Refund: A full refund, excluding the ads budget, will only be granted in cases where we fail to deliver leads to the client’s website. This provision ensures that our services offer measurable value. Refund requests must be initiated within 2 days of joining Ascend Quantum Age.

• Client Conduct & Agreement Termination: The conduct of the client and the reasons leading to the termination of our agreement will be assessed by Ascend Quantum Age. Based on this assessment, we will determine whether a refund is applicable.
